The ranch has 44% interest in the Cowger Ditch along with .88 CFS of the #H-110 decree to water the approximately 24 acres of meadow. With alfalfa and native pasture grass mixed in the meadow can be a mule deer magnet or it is great livestock feed for a few horses or some cows for a short period of time. Currently there are no perimeter fences so the cattle on the public cattle permit come on the property.
